Instructions for Using and Setting the Sealing Temperature of the Fully Automatic Granule Packaging Machine

Proper Installation and Setup

The granule automatic packaging machine is a highly versatile mechanised packaging equipment widely used in the packaging industry. It is capable of packaging various granular products such as salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, coffee, peanuts, feed, and cold medicine. In this article, we will provide instructions on how to use and set the sealing temperature of the fully automatic granule packaging machine.

I. Instructions for using the fully automatic granule packaging machine

Regular Maintenance and Lubrication

After installing the equipment, securely fasten it with expansion screws and ensure reliable connections between the power cord and air pipe. Conduct a no-load test run and proceed only if there are no issues.

Ensuring Stable Air Source Pressure

Regularly lubricate parts such as the reducer and bearings with appropriate lubricating oil. Conduct regular checks to ensure that the equipment’s fasteners are not loose.

Indoor Usage and Protection from Water

Maintain stable air source pressure and ensure that the air source gas is clean and dry. If using compressed air, it is recommended to have an oil mist filter device to lubricate the cylinders and prolong the service life of pneumatic components.

Operator Training and Safety

The equipment should be used indoors, and precautions should be taken to prevent electrical components and motors from being splashed with water. Avoid introducing dust, particles, or other contaminants into cylinders, buttons, sensors, and other sensitive components to prevent equipment damage.

The equipment operates at either 380V or 220V. Operators should receive proper training before operating the machine.

II. Method for setting the sealing temperature of the fully automatic granule packaging machine:

Power On and Temperature Controller Setup

Turn on the power switch of the granule automatic packaging machine and set the heat sealing temperature on the digital temperature controller for both horizontal and vertical sealing, depending on the packaging material used.

Factors Influencing Heat Sealing Temperature

The determination of the heat sealing temperature depends on factors such as the type of packaging material, packaging speed, and sealing pressure. Therefore, when setting the temperature, it is important to consider these factors comprehensively.
Different packaging materials require different heat sealing temperatures, which should be determined through experimentation to find the appropriate temperature for effective sealing.

Determining the Appropriate Heat Sealing Temperature

Adjust the heat sealing temperature accordingly based on the packaging speed. Higher packaging speeds may require slightly increased heat sealing temperatures, while lower speeds may require slight reductions.

Adjusting Temperature for Packaging Speed

Similarly, adjust the heat sealing temperature based on the sealing pressure. Higher sealing pressures may require slight reductions in heat sealing temperature, while lower pressures may require slight increases.

Adjusting Temperature for Sealing Pressure

Considering the influence of the roller on the sealing process and the characteristics of the packaged materials, it is generally recommended to set the temperature for vertical sealing slightly lower (approximately 10°C lower) than the temperature for horizontal sealing.

Temperature Difference for Horizontal and Vertical Sealing

In summary, the principle of setting the sealing temperature is to ensure tight and smooth sealing, clear patterns, and no deformation. These instructions provide guidance on using the fully automatic granule packaging machine and setting the sealing temperature. If you have any further questions, please feel free to consult us.
